When registering for the symposium, you will be asked to provide personal data. With your voluntary consent, you allow us to use this data for the administration of the upcoming conference.
You also allow us to inform you about subsequent events via your e-mail address and to store the necessary data until then. This data may also be collected in a list of participants during the conference.
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties. External service providers who process data on our behalf are strictly bound by contract within the meaning of the DSGVO and do not count as third parties under data protection law.

By registering for this symposium, you grant the organizing institutions permission to use photos/films taken of you during the meeting by our photographer (team) on site for publication purposes (event reporting, advertising for follow-up events & self-marketing).
